Meet the Providers Behind Your Care
At Midwest Integrated Care (MWIC), your health is supported by a collaborative team of clinicians who bring expertise, compassion, and coordination to every visit.
Giti Mayton
Executive Director
Giti is a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor (LISW-S) and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC) with more than 20 years of clinical and administrative experience. She holds both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from The Ohio State University, where she focused on Clinical Practice and Administration.
As Executive Director, Giti leads with authenticity, accessibility, and a deep belief that every patient’s story deserves to be heard. She remains closely connected to day-to-day care, supporting clients and providers with clarity, compassion, and a steady, grounding presence.
Her leadership style centers on treating people as whole individuals, listening without judgment, and fostering a collaborative culture where providers feel empowered to do their best work.
Giti’s previous work launching a successful behavioral health program helped shape Midwest’s integrated model today. Above all, she centers her work around the message “I’m here, available, and advocating for you.”
Colleen Moury
LISW-S, Director of Clinical Operations and Compliance
Colleen is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) with over 8 years of experience helping individuals and families strengthen their mental health and emotional well-being.
Her evidence-based approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and narrative therapy to support clients through anxiety, depression, life transitions, and substance use challenges. She works with both youth and adults.
Colleen believes that recognizing and supporting the dignity and worth of every client is an essential part of treatment. By empowering individuals and helping them embrace their own strengths, she fosters healing and growth that continues long after treatment ends.
Additionally, Colleen is a part of Midwest Integrated Care’s leadership team and is responsible for overseeing compliance, accreditation, and quality initiatives while driving operational efficiency.
