Appointments and Scheduling
Learn how to make appointments and prepare for your first visit with confidence.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can call us, fill out our contact form, or speak directly with a care coordinator. We’ll help you schedule based on your needs and preferences.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a valid ID, insurance information (if applicable), a list of medications, and any relevant health history or documentation.
How long are typical appointments?
Appointment lengths can vary depending on the number of providers you see and the services you receive. Most initial visits last about 45–60 minutes, while follow-up appointments are typically shorter.
Referrals, Waitlists, and Access
We make care easier to access, whether you’re coming through a referral or seeking care on your own.
Do I need a referral to be seen?
No referral is required to get started. Whether you’re self-referring or were recommended by another provider, we’ll guide you through the intake process.
