Locations and Hours

MWIC proudly serve clients from across Central Ohio at our main outpatient facility. We’re conveniently located along the #10 and #12 COTA bus routes at the W Broad St & S Davis Ave stop.

Midwest Integrated Care is located on the 2nd floor of 775 W Broad Street. Please access the free parking garage through its entrance on Mt. Carmel Mall and proceed to the upper level.  Our suite, 260, is located down the hallway on your left after you enter the building.
